The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 3 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 387, 353, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is regarding making telephonic call to the Police and demanding extortion money.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, is having a fair antecedent barring one case in which he is on bail. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 23.04.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Case No. 3 of 2018.
