The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, this petitioner tried to obtain appointment to the post of teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he was not appointed as a teacher rather only counseling has been made and at the time, the certificate has been found to be forged and fabricated. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71464 of 2022(2) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 295 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
