2. This writ application has been filed for directing the Government authorities to take proper action against Respondent No. 10 as he is misbehaving with the petitioner using his caste name and grant exemplary cost in favour of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16203 of 2023(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 petitioner against Respondent No. 10 as also for directing Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 for protection of life and property of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed several representation for redressal of his grievance but no action has been taken till date.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the concerned authority within a period of four weeks from today.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, concerned authority shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

6. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
