2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323 , 324, 341 , 307, 447, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per prosecution case , these petitioner assaulted informant by means of knife and bricks as a result of which he sustained multiple injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is in retaliation to Janta Bazar PS case No. 66 / 2022 which was lodged by petitioner sides against informant and others. It is further submitted that though there is allegation of assault with knife but doctor has found only one injury lacerated on below left eye caused by hard and blunt object which itself casts serious doubt over the entire prosecution case . Petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2024 .

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Saran at Chapra in connection with Jantabazar P. S. Case No. 211 of 2023 .
