In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 325, 302, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, when the husband of the Informant was going through the house of the present petitioner, the accused persons intercepted him and cause injury by Lathi on the back side of his head. When the Informant tried to rescue, they also assaulted her. The husband was brought to Hajipur for treatment from where he was referred to P.M.C.H., Patna where he succumbed to injury.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68460 of 2019(4) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and makes a prayer for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will pass orders in accordance with law.
