Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case.
Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47484 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhubani (Town) Police Station Case No.403 of 2017, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
