JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD) 23-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Prabhu Narayan Sharma, learned AC to AG for the State.
2. On going through the records, it is evident that earlier at the instance of the petitioner, Sripur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2024 was registered as back as on 26.04.2024. After
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2558 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 investigation, police has submitted a final form. In course of investigation, the wife of the petitioner was produced in court and her statement was also recorded. His wife chose to go with the mother of the accused Aarif Ali.
3. It is also an admitted position that the five years old daughter of the petitioner has gone with her mother.
4. In the kind of materials available on the record, we find no reason to entertain this writ application which has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus.
5. This application is dismissed.
6. The petitioner may seek his remedy, if any, available to him or as may be advised to him in accordance with law.
