JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-08-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 239 of 2018 registered under Sections 4,5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act. Allegation in brief is that petitioner was found in compromising position with one accused named Rajiv Kumar Singh.
Submission is that both persons are married and consenting parties and the petitioner was never indulged in any immoral trafficking and has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as the petitioner appears to be victim of circumstances, she is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
