ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2018 in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No.56 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 401, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner, though the recovery of arms and ammunition was from the conscious possession of Umesh Yadav and Lokesh Kumar Das. It is on the basis of the confession of these two persons that the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that so far as the petitioner is
