JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed, vide order dated 23.07.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 15349 of 2019 with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below by 05.08.2019. It appears that now the modification application has been filed after almost two months of the above order dated 23.07.2019 on the ground that due to inadvertence he could not appear on the date fixed, but it appears that after hearing both the parties, the order has been passed with direction to the petitioner to pay Rs.3000/- per month to the opposite party no.2wife. It appears that this is only an ploy to defeat the purpose of the order dated 23.07.2019.
