This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification in the order date 06.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10563 of 2019.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently in paragraph Nos. 1 to 5 as well as in synopsis and index of the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 10563 of 2019, the excise case number had been wrongly typed

Patna High Court MJC No.3981 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 as 1421/2018 instead of Excise Case No. 1401/2018 due to which in the order dated 06.08.2019 also excise case number was recorded as 1421 of 2018. It is submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to make necessary correction in synopsis and index of the writ application and the order dated 06.08.2019 be also modified to the extent to be read as Excise Case No.1401 of 2018 in place of Excise Case No. 1421 of 2018. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer for modification in the order made by the petitioner. The submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be bona fide.

The petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction with regard to the excise case number at various places in the writ petition wherever it has been wrongly typed. Also, in the order dated 06.08.2019 at page 1 in paragraph No. 2, Excise Case No. 1421 of 2018 be read as Excise Case No.1401 of 2018.
