The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/120B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the FIR.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not related to in-laws family of the deceased and he is outsider and against him only suspicion has been raised that he caused death of deceased and he is in custody since 18.06.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47413 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S. Case No.243 of 2015, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
