Following relief has been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioners:

"For issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/order/direction for quashing the Office Order dated 05-09-2009

Patna High Court CWJC No.18573 of 2017 (3) dt.02-08-2018 contained in memo No. 3788/R by which the services of the petitioners were terminated with immediate effect by respondent University and for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for reinstatement of the petitioners in the services of the University as per the report of the Agarwal Commission with all consequential benefits and/or for passing any other order or orders for which the petitioners are found entitled to".

On behalf of the petitioners, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the order dated 19-07-2018 passed in CWJC No. 6232 of 2018.

The Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, University Campus, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 4) is directed to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of the order referred above and pass consequential order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
