JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 Heard Sri Lalan Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is a lady having clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.05.2018 in Motihari Rail P.S. Case No.27 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail .

I have perused material on record and after going through the same, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, namely,Shanti Bai be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Railway, Bettiah at West
