1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties seeks to file a show cause on behalf of the opposite parties no.4 and 5, copy whereof has already been filed online. Let the same be kept on record.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties by referring to the aforesaid show cause, filed today in the Court itself, that the pay scale of the petitioner has been rectified by taking into consideration the benefits of

Patna High Court MJC No.3982 of 2019(4) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 ACP/MACPs granted to him, whereafter the differential amount required to be paid to the petitioner, was calculated and it was found that a sum of Rs.96,523/-, is payable to the petitioner, which has also now stood paid. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has also referred to the calculation chart, annexed to the aforesaid show cause filed today in the Court itself.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, in case of any discrepancy in the aforesaid calculation chart. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. The petition stands disposed off.
