Mr. Subodh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has not approached the Commission of Justice S. B. Sinha and directly filed I.A. No. 48520 of 2017 in Civil Appeal No. 2703 of 2017 before the Apex Court, which was disposed of vide judgment and order dated 30.08.2017. He submits that in view of the aforesaid, the petitioner may be permitted to approach the University for appropriate decision, as there is no decision by the University or the Commission one way or the other. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.18443 of 2017 dt.17-07-2018 2/2 of with liberty to the petitioner to approch the Vice-Chancellor of the University, who shall pass appropriate order in the light of the judgment and order dated 30.08.2017 passed in I.A. No. 48520 of 2017 in Civil Appeal No. 2703 of 2017.

In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner, the University is expected to dispose of the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation along with a copy of this order.
