2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 394 of IPC . 3 . Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was dismissed for defaul on 05.12.2023 by Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 71746 of 2023 .

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that from bare perusal of impugned order, it is apparent that the present F.I.R. was instituted in the year 2012 and petitioner has moved before this Court for anticipatory bail after lapse of more than 13 years for which there is no plausible explanation .

6. Considering the nature of accusation , delay in moving the anticipatory bail before this Hon'ble Court i. e ,. after lapse of more than 13 years and and circumstances of the case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
