The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016, registered for offence punishable under Sections 366A, 376, 384, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is inordinate delay of 15 days in filing complaint without plausible explanation. The present complaint is based on false and concocted story. From perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that the matter has been compromised between the parties. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016.
