It is to be noted that petitioner has not even made any Interlocutory Application seeking for extension of time to submit representation to the extent of modifying the order dated 25.10.2021 passed in CWJC No. 18062 of 2021.

2. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 2405 of 2022 stands disposed of as it is not maintainable. Disposal of the present petition would not be hurdle for the petitioner to file fresh CWJC, in accordance with law.
