The petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2018 in connection with Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 25 (1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered under the bed and the petitioner has been languishing in jail for the said reason. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has one other case, in which, the

No.46056 of 2018 (2) dt.18-08-2018 petitioner has already been extended the privilege of bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusari (Town) P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018.
