The petitioner is in custody in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.75 of 2017, a case under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. of the occurrence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code is against unknown.
Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer on the ground that the petitioner was driver of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61747 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 P2/ informant. Since he was removed he committed the alleged theft. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Palasi Police Station Case No. 75 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
