This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018 for offences under Sections 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three persons on motorcycle intercepted the motorcycle and theft Rs.50,000/- in cash and assaulted on the head of the informant with the butt of pistol. When the informant raised alarm two persons escaped on motorcycle and villagers apprehend this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a passer-bye and the persons who has dropped the informant escaped away on motorcycle and there is neither any

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya.
