This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the accused persons is that they came with various arms and attacked the prosecution side causing various types of injuries on the persons of the prosecution side. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62943 of 2017 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 herein, the injuries received by the informant's side are simple in nature and some of the accused persons have already been granted regular bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
