2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 285 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, around 41 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the recovery of liquor, this

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani/concerned court below in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 285 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(I) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Manigachchi Police Station on the first Sunday of each month.
