2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Nalanda, (respondent no. 3) for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid limited relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Nalanda, is directed to call for the service particulars of the petitioner from the office of Block Development Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda

Patna High Court CWJC No.15632 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 and on the basis of admitted documents and information contained therein, the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of after giving due opportunity to the petitioner so that he can produce any further document in support of his relief.

4. In case, if the petitioner is found entitled for any relief in respect of payment of arrears of salary an any consequential benefits, the same is required to be paid within a period of four months.

5. It is made clear that, in case, the Block Development Officer don't produce the document well within a period of three weeks after filing of the representation of the petitioner, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector must take appropriate disciplinary action against him for having harassed the petitioner for a very long period of time for the reason best known to him.

6. With above observations/directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
