2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4(1), 21 of 1957 and 56(2) of 2019 of Bihar Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation Act.

3. It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons has been found involved in illegal mining of sand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to personal grudge and dirty village politics. He further submits that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.07.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M-1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022.
