2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are agnates and due to dispute over passing of electric wire, simple Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a

No.68037 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 2, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 141 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
