It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that vide order dated 05.11.2019, the petitioner was granted bail to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Patna NDPS Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 67 of 2019 arising out of Phulwari P.S. Case No. 634 of 2019. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 65560 of 2019 and 65572 of 2019 vide order dated 04.11.2019 in both cases but in the fourth paragraph of the order-sheet, it has been mentioned that co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide orders dated 29.08.2019 and 30.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63630 of 2019(3) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 65560 of 2019 and 65572 of 2019.

From perusal of the records, it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission. Let the fourth paragraph of order dated 05.11.2019 be corrected to the extent and be read as co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 65560 of 2019 and 65572 of 2019 vide order dated 04.11.2019 in both cases.

The order dated 05.11.2019 is modified/clarified to the extent indicated above.
