JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University. The issue raised in the present writ application is covered by the decision of this Court in CWJC No. 18985 of 2017 dated 16.2.2018. The relevant part of the said order is quoted below:- "Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.532 of 2018(3) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court dated 19.07.2011 passed in C.W.J.C No.

8532 of 2008, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the University to examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court, as contained in Annexure-11, similar treatment should be given to this petitioner also. In the event, the University finds that the case of the petitioner is distinguishable on facts and law, the University will pass reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of."

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of.
