====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 749 of 2017 for the offences registered under Section 341, 323, 325, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of taking away Rs. 20,000/- from the pocket of informant. However, police has found such allegation to be not true and has not submitted charge-sheet under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or

No.48293 of 2018(2) dt.18-09-2018 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 749 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
