(A) For commanding the Chairman Bihar School Examination Board and Secretary Bihar School Examination Board and its authorities to cancel the matriculation certificate granted in favour of Anish Kumar@Gorebabu@ Abhi respondent no 5 who has played fraud about his date of birth 15/8/2004 in place of 15/8/2001 for appearing in Matriculation Examination conducted by Bihar School Examination Board in the year 2021.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
