None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since18.04.2018 in Rail (Bihpur) P.S. Case No.10 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner, namely Deepak Kumar @ Deepak Poddar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
