The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2447(C)/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/323/313/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of demand of dowry and torture.

The Advocate for the opposite party No. 2 Shri Ansul on instruction submits that both the parties are living together

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67231 of 2019(7) dt.03-11-2021 2/3 peacefully after the matter has been settled. The aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 has also been accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In order to verify the conduct of the petitioner, the petitioner is granted provisional anticipatory bail for three months.

Let the petitioner above named be released on provisional bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2447(C)/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

Learned court below is directed to confirm the provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner after three months on verifiing the conduct of the petitioner with regard to maintaining good relationship with the opposite party No. 2 as they are presently living together.

If the opposite party No. 2 has any genuine grievance against the petitioner, then the provisional bail shall be
