The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Obra P.S. Case No.150 of 2017 registered under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act, 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one pickup van being driven by Awadesh Kumar was carrying foodgrains to sell the same in black market. The informant intercepted and 14 bags each containing 50 kg of rice were seized. Awadhesh Kumar, driver of the vehicle fled away.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.2 is owner of the vehicle. Petitioner No.1 is the husband of the petitioner No.2. Awadhesh Kumar @ Awadhesh Paswan who is

No.55891 of 2017 by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auragabad in connection with Obra P.S.
