The petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2018 in connection with Salkhua (Chiraiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has been wrongly saddled on the shoulders of the petitioner and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that no offence is said to have been committed.
