JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition seeks issuance of direction upon the respondents to transfer and adjust the deducted amount of G.P.F. pertaining to his services rendered in the Work Charge Establishment on the post of Chaukidar in the Minor Irrigation Division, Kaimur, Mohania to the present account of the petitioner herein which is said to have been opened after regularization of his services on the post of Chaukidar in the Minor Irrigation Department.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19292 of 2017 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 In view of the nature of prayer made by the petitioner herein, the respondent no. 2 is directed to ensure transfer of the deducted amount of G.P.F. pertaining to the period the petitioner had worked under the Work Charge Establishment to the present account which has been opened after regularization of his services in the Minor Irrigation Department within a period of eight weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of.
