The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was not named in the FIR, but he was arrested on identification of one Manoj Sahni during the course of the investigation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019.
