The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of lifting of the lockdown in the

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.08.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22034 of 2011.

In C.W.J.C. No. 22034 of 2011, vide order dated 24.08.2017, the petitioner was directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 7, i.e., the Director, Higher Education, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his grievance within a period of three weeks. The petitioner could not file a representation within the stipulated period. Hence, the present modification application has been filed.

Considering the grounds as mentioned in the modification application, the petitioner is directed to file/make a representation before the concerned respondent within a period of six weeks from today. If any representation is filed/made by the petitioner before the concerned respondent, the concerned respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing/making of such representation.

Patna High Court MJC No.3590 of 2017(3) dt.06-07-2020 3/3 The order dated 24.08.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22034 of 2011, stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The present modification application stands disposed of.
