The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C.

Suspicion is raised against the petitioner that he killed his ex-wife as he suspected her character.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only suspicion is raised against the petitioner of killing his ex-wife. There is no any evidence against him. Moreover, the petitioner has not concerned with his ex-wife (deceased) as he has already divorced his ex-wife and except suspicion there is nothing against him. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Zarif is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar, in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018.
