Petitioner seeks bail in Manjhi P.S. Case No.126 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 & 507/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report there is specific allegation made against Reyaju Nat of assaulting the informant with iron rod on his head. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and Rinku Nat of putting a rope around the neck of the informant and pulling the same.
Petitioner is said to be in custody since 30.06.2018. It has further been submitted that other co-accused, Rinku Nat, has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50633 of 2018 (2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 this Court vide order dated 10.09.2018 passed in Cr Misc. No.48120 of 2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.126 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
