2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case punishable for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., the petitioner assaulted on the head of mother of informant by means of Farsa causing grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are agnates and due to pattidari land dispute, the altercation took place in which both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. There is delay of four days in lodging the F.I.R. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 31.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 290 of 2023.
