The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.168 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner is named in the FIR, but there is no specific allegation against him. The petitioner happens to be the cousin father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and business. Marriage was solemnized with Manu Ram who is son of Suresh Ram, it was a love marriage and therefore this petitioner being a cousin father-in-law has no concern with deceased.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.109 of 2018 (3) dt.15-01-2018 Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.168 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
