This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to institute F.I.R against the accused persons and also impose a heavy cost upon concerned respondents for not instituting the F.I.R.

For the aforesaid reliefs, the petitioner has an alternative option to move before learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C to get the F.I.R lodged. The petitioner can avail this remedy.
