Mr. Sri Iftekhar Mahmood ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 30.08.2017, seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 82 of 2018 arising out of Kharagpur P.S.Case No. 257 of 2017 registered under Sections 201 and 302/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is agnate of the informant and for trivial issue, same months, prior to present occurrence, there was quarrel in between both sides so suspicion is raised against the petitioner of killing three years old son of the informant, so several family members including the petitioner has been made accused in this case but similarly situated co-accused Ambika Devi has been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 12495 of 2018 and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49269 of 2018(2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Sethi Tanti @ Seth Tanti is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger in connection with Sessions Trial No. 82 of 2018 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 257 of 2017.
