Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 436 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 256, 257, 259, 260 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to business rivalry. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. As a matter of fact, petitioner no. 1 had earlier filed a complaint case (Annexure-2) against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63348 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 present informant and to save skin from that case the present false case has been lodged. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge XII-cum- Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 436 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
