JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to surrender and file petition for regular bail. Accordingly, it is directed that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the court below within two weeks from today and prays for regular bail, his prayer shall be considered and disposed of on the same day considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against five accused persons whereas only two injuries have been found to be grievous in nature as also the fact that the present case arise out of case and counter case.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
