JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Akilpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and allegation against her and others is of causing dowry death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegations are only general and omnibus in nature and whole family members have been made accused in this case. Moreover, several other accused persons have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and husband of the deceased has been in judicial custody.
