JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Official Complaint Case C-2/611 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Liquor Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 24 litres of illicit Nepali liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioners and they are said to have been apprehended from the spot.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implication in the present case and they have a clean antecedent and are in custody 29.10.2017. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of

No.63331 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 custody already undergone and the fact that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/C. A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Official Complaint Case No. C-2/611 of 2017.
