2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 447, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Beldaur P.S.Case No.129 of 2023.
3. As per the allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons armed with weapons, came to the field/farm of the informant with the intention to kill him and his family members and started firing indiscriminately. Somehow or the other, the informant and his family members skipped the attack and rushed to their house.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73489 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. Though there allegation of firing, but none has suffered any kind of injury.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S.Case No. 129 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
