2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R, petitioner has been caught riding a truck which was found to be stolen.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.02.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72787 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Gaighat Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
